Signal Peak Silica is the owner and operator of four frac sand facilities. SPS has two Texas mines located in Poteet and Carrizo Springs, supporting the Eagle Ford; and two Oklahoma plants, supporting the Mid-Con–one in Oakwood and another in Dover. Together, these plants of a combined production capacity of over 7.5 million tons.
The proximity of our facilities to the Eagle Ford and the SCOOP/STACK formations enable us to eliminate much of the cost associated with delivering frac sand from outside the basin. Our strategic footprint and world-class mining facilities combined with our high level of customer service and commercial flexibility makes Signal Peak the leading and most reliable local sand provider.
